Ovation own three state-of-the-art processing plants in the North Island of New Zealand which are located in Gisborne, Fielding and Waipukurau. Starboard Bio processing operations are based at the Waipukurau plant. All of our facilities are modern and have meet all of the international quality standards for food production.

Waipukurau is within 100km of Napier Port which provides worldwide shipping options.
